This Meditation will guide you through a quite time where you can observe your thoughts without becoming entangled within them.
One of the many statements I hear from people is “I can stop from thoughts, I can’t meditate”, meditation is not about stopping your thoughts completely, it is / can be about observing them and becoming aware of the tension, feelings or emotions that can be tied to your thoughts, being aware is the first step to conquering or over coming blocks and stresses in our lives.
